Raised in a family of female artists, they developed a passion for art at a young age. By the age of 14, they set a goal of becoming an animator and later pursued their studies in animation at Cégep du Vieux-Montréal, earning their diploma in 2021. During college, they discovered a strong interest in pre-production but initially had to start in animation due to industry demands. Over the course of three years, they worked as a 2D cut-out animator at two different studios. However, following a mass layoff and a decline in motivation, they chose to leave the industry. Since then, they have focused on personal projects and building a business centered around their art. Now, with renewed passion, they are more motivated than ever to pursue what they truly love.

Charlotte Ouimet-Rogers refuses to lose her propensity to play as she grows older. Her art embraces a childish, cute, and colorful aesthetic, often featuring cats, nature, and whimsical trinkets. She draws inspiration from the small joys in life, hoping to share that joy with others. A naturally curious artist, she has explored numerous mediums over the years, picking them up and setting them aside as her interests evolve. Now, she embraces this versatility, setting time aside for playful experimentation—smudging paint, assembling mixed-media pieces, and scribbling over them. Though she rarely showcases these works, as the trained animator in her strives for polished, refined results, the influence of this creative freedom remains evident in her compositions, color choices, and textures. Above all, she seeks to ensure that her art is both enjoyable to create and delightful to experience.
